Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, fake tan, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
- Not have been altered, damaged, or washed after delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order at support@nolitaatelier.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- The reason for your request.
Once your request has been approved, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
As we work with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses, your return address may be located internationally. In some cases, items from the same order may need to be returned to different return locations.
Return shipping costs vary depending on your location, carrier, destination, and parcel size. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nolita Atelier cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at support@nolitaatelier.com and include your order number together with the item and the size or colour you’d like to receive.
Returned items must meet all of our standard return conditions outlined above.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item unless it is faulty or incorrect. Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll dispatch your replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.
If your requested size or colour is no longer available, you may choose to receive a refund in accordance with this Returns & Refund Policy or select an alternative item of equal value, subject to availability.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery, at support@nolitaatelier.com.
Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the issue.
We’ll review your claim promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Bodysuits.
- Lingerie.
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry.
- Gift cards.
Items marked as Final Sale are also non-returnable unless they are faulty or where required by applicable consumer law.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@nolitaatelier.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Where required by applicable consumer law, any standard outbound shipping costs paid at checkout will also be refunded.
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
